Role Responsibilities

Execute outbound and inbound collection calls to resolve past-due accounts, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Digital Collections, balancing business needs with customer experience.

Maintain high standards of customer service quality, while applying appropriate risk management measures.

Ensure accurate documentation of all collection activities and maintain valid supporting records for audit and compliance purposes.

Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify gaps in collection processes and recommend actionable improvements.

Take ownership of specific collections of workflows, providing visibility into performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and improve multiple collections processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements

Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken – are essential for success in this role.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in collections, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Collections, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered as a Plus.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Open to giving and receiving feedback constructively to support continuous improvement.

Proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
