Assistant Superintendent – Industrial Construction (Columbus, OH) Confidential

Full-Time $95K–$105K + Bonus + ESOP + Vehicle Allowance

A reputable design-build contractor with strong growth in the Columbus metro is seeking an Assistant Superintendent with experience in industrial construction.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily field operations on large industrial projects

• Assist with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and site safety

• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents to drive project success

• Maintain daily logs and field documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years commercial or industrial field experience with a General Contractor

• Experience on $20M–$50M+ projects

• Industrial experience strongly preferred (data centers, cold storage, manufacturing, warehouse/distribution)

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Solid tenure and proven stability
