Job Description:
Petcare Animal Hospital is seeking a passionate, experienced, and organized graduate to serve as our Store Officer. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and support smooth daily operations within the hospital’s store unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and issue items in line with hospital standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits.
Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of all items.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Work closely with procurement and accounts departments.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Ensure all items are properly documented before use or issuance.
Qualifications:
OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
Must be experienced in storekeeping or inventory management.
Passionate, hardworking, and reliable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills, especially for inventory software or Excel.
Preferred: Candidates who live in or around Ikeja.
