Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/26 school year at an elementary school in Old Town, FL. This is a contract role, covering a vacancy created by the departure of a previous SLP. The role primarily involves managing an elementary caseload with in-person service delivery preferred.
Key Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in healthcare and pediatric settings preferred
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology practices
Responsibilities:
Providing individualized speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions in accordance with educational standards
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
