Qualifications and Skills:

A degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce or a related field

Minimum 2 4+ years of business analysis experience

Solid understanding of requirements gathering process mapping and stakeholder engagement

Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data analysis (because Santa loves a good dashboard)
