Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and optimize service delivery.

Stay up to date with industry trends, promotions, and products to provide the best guidance to clients.

Who you are

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or customer service is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
