Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are passionate professionals with relevant experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We are looking for Nurse Practitioners who prioritize patient care over volume, taking the necessary time to fully address patients' needs.

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of operation

Federal DEA License or eligibility

Preferred experience in geriatrics

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Board Certification required
