The Anniston, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our mission-driven healthcare team!

Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Patient Load: 12-13 patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care

Team Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT)

Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN, LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy, social work, mental health, and nutrition.

Employment Type: Federal - with full VA benefits

Paid Time Off: 50 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 days paid absence for CME)

Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) AND federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses + comprehensive federal benefits package

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship (required)

M.D. or D.O. degree

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
