Call center agent

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on the accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include the Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.

This will be a remote role during training (3 weeks) and then will transition ONSITE

After working the first 90 days, the management team will assess if the worker will be able to start working a hybrid schedule. Scheules: Sunday-Saturday 6am-10pm (will work 5 days for an 8-hr shift each day); Must be flexible to work during this time frame

salary: $19 - $19.17 per hour
