You’ll take the lead in shaping a warm, engaging space for our youngest children to explore, learn and grow. With the support of a close-knit team and a kind management group, you’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with families and staff alike.

This is a full-time role, with shifts between 7.15am and 6.15pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Create fun, meaningful experiences that support babies’ development

Lead and guide a small, dedicated team in the Caterpillars room

Track progress and share updates with parents and carers

Keep our environment safe, inclusive and welcoming

Follow safeguarding and health and safety policies

Join in team meetings and continuous learning opportunities

The person

This role would suit someone who:

Holds a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years and Childcare

Has experience working in a nursery or similar setting

Has led a team or feels ready to take on that challenge

Understands what under 2s need to feel safe and happy (training available)

Is a clear communicator and a team player

Brings warmth, care and commitment to every day
