Pay Range: $23 – $28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking skilled Fabricators, Welders, and Pipefitters to join our team. These positions involve working on-site to fabricate, weld, or install piping systems and metal structures for industrial applications. Candidates may specialize in one or more of these areas.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricator

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Measure, cut, and assemble metal components using fabrication tools.

Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabricated parts.

Welder

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals.

Inspect welds for defects and compliance with standards.

Maintain welding equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Pipefitter

Lay out, assemble, and install piping systems.

Cut, thread, and bend pipes to specifications.

Conduct pressure tests and ensure leak-free installations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Experience in fabrication, welding, or pipefitting in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (AWS, ASME preferred).

Physical stamina and manual dexterity for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing.

Certifications in welding or pipefitting are a plus.

Skills
