Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on estate planning, assisting clients in creating comprehensive estate plans tailored to their unique needs. This position will provide an opportunity to work closely with clients and provide legal guidance in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Advising clients on estate planning strategies and options to minimize tax liabilities and protect assets.

Conducting client meetings to understand their estate planning needs and goals.

Researching legal issues related to estate planning, probate, tax law, and asset protection.

Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide holistic legal solutions for high net worth clients.

Managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

Experience in estate planning is required; experience in probate and tax law

Experience working with high-net-worth clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
