Job Title: Architect Location: Cardiff Salary: GBP35:43,000 DOE About the company: A dynamic, award:winning architecture studio is looking for a passionate and experienced Architect to join its central Cardiff studio.

The successful candidate will lead full:lifecycle construction projects across a diverse and impactful portfolio: ranging from education, commercial, blue:light, to industrial sectors, and work within a collaborative and socially responsible practice that values innovation, integrity, and sustainable design.

Benefits * Competitive salary package, including pension scheme and life assurance * Private healthcare access and wellbeing initiatives * Career development and personalised learning support * Regular team:building activities and social events * Agile working policy supported by modern technology Daily Duties * Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects through the full construction lifecycle * Manage project teams, coordinating personnel and consultants to ensure high:quality outcomes * Produce technical and construction documentation, applying strong technical knowledge * Use Revit to model and develop architectural designs * Work confidently with various procurement routes, including traditional and design and build * Guide projects through RIBA Plan of Work stages, ideally from inception to contract administration * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including contracts, building codes, and building regulations Ideal Candidate * At least several years post:qualification experience with leadership responsibilities on architectural projects * Strong design capability supported by deep technical understanding of construction and detailing * Proficient in Revit with good BIM awareness * Experience delivering projects through both traditional and design and build procurement routes * Excellent client:facing and commercial awareness skills * A collaborative team player with strong motivation, delegation, and people:management abilities * Ideally experienced across all RIBA Plan of Work stages * Solid understanding of contracts, regulations, and industry codes If youre ready to contribute to a values:driven practice and work on purpose:led projects, this is an exceptional opportunity., KAZ on OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to I hope to hear from you soon
