Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000
Superior is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead our full recruiting lifecycle and ensure we attract, evaluate, and hire great talent.
This leader will partner closely with department heads, oversee new requisition requests with discipline, drive compensation analyses, and own relationships with external partners and talent communities. Importantly, they will also champion continuous improvement across every aspect of our hiring process. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for a range of roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding
Conduct compensation analyses to ensure that our offers are competitive and aligned with market data and internal benchmarks
Partner with leaders across the organization to understand recruiting needs and business objectives
Manage requisition requests with a disciplined approach to ensure hiring decisions align with organizational priorities, business needs, and leadership expectations
Proactively identify and drive creative ways to improve our recruiting process and candidate experience
Build and leverage relationships with key talent communities, including industry organizations and university career services offices
Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, including negotiating agreements and overseeing retained searches

You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion when dealing with candidate data and sensitive information
Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 5 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience
Required: You have proven experience managing a recruiting team or function
Required: You have demonstrated skill in managing and optimizing hiring processes
Required: You have strong competency in compensation analysis and offer development
