We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential properties, while providing exceptional service and maintaining strong market expertise.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property tours, open houses, and client consultations.
Create and manage high-quality property listings.
Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and negotiation strategies.
Prepare and submit offers, contracts, and documentation.
Maintain strong local market knowledge to guide clients effectively.
Utilize CRM, MLS, and digital tools to manage leads and listings.
Build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong referral network.
Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
Requirements
Active Real Estate Salesperson License (or ability to obtain one).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate software.
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of real estate experience (not required).
Experience with digital marketing, real estate photography, or virtual tours.
Prior use of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or Workable ATS integrations.
