Our company is looking for a Fleet Leasing Account Manager to assist in growing our current portfolio of business accounts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fleet vehicles and an understanding of commercial needs. Previous experience working with fleet leasing / commercial sales is a plus but not required. We're seeking a professional with a proven track record of success within a sales environment. As a commercial lending source we need a candidate that can assess a clients needs and provide options best suited for that need.
Monday - Friday work week. 8am- 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
-Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients.
-Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and preferences.
-Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
-Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional fleet services.
Lease Management:
-Oversee the leasing process, including contract negotiations and vehicle selection.
-Ensure that lease agreements comply with company policies and legal regulations.
-Monitor lease terms, renewals, and lease-end processes.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of leased
vehicles.
Financial Management:
-Analyze client accounts to ensure they remain profitable and meet revenue targets.
-Prepare and present financial reports to clients, including cost-benefit analyses.
Client Support:
-Provide excellent customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
-Assist clients with maintenance and repair needs, coordinating with service departments.
-Offer expert advice on vehicle selection, fuel efficiency, and cost-saving strategies.
Market Analysis:
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
-Develop strategies to enhance the company's competitive position.
Compliance and Regulations:
-Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle leasing and
fleet management.
-Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations in the industry.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in fleet management, automotive leasing, or account management.
Strong understanding of fleet leasing practices, finance, and the automotive industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

A valid driver's license is required.
