Responsible for building a safe and inclusive club culture, ensuring successful operation, and providing exceptional member and associate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all functions of the fitness facility.
Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve personal and career goals.
Lead a team of employees to serve members and assist them in achieving health and fitness goals.
Handle member concerns with professionalism and care.
Ensure & safety of the club, uphold compliance and cleaning standards.
Collabor with other teams to build a positive group culture.
Act as an ambassador within the community, connecting people of all backgrounds.
Qualifications & Experience
Passion for helping others, commitment to personal health and fitness.
Proven success in leading, training, motivating diverse teams.
Previous management experience in the fitness industry is an asset.
Must have an owner’s mentality.
Ability to handle difficult conversations and receive feedback.
Experience with operational budgeting and planning.
