Job Description

Join our Global Information Security Office (GISO) and play a key role in shaping and governing the security architecture of a global, technology-driven organization.

As Senior Cyber Security Officer, you will work across IT and OT domains, guiding secure design, strengthening our security framework, and driving a security-first culture across the business.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will:

Design and maintain enterprise and cloud security architectures.

Define security reference architectures and ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27k, IEC62443).

Advise project and product teams on secure solution design (security by design/default).

Shape and maintain technical security policies and frameworks.

Collaborate closely with Cyber Defense, Cyber Risk Managers, IT, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams.

Lead awareness and training initiatives that uplift security maturity across the organization.

Key focus areas

Community of Practice (CoP): Establish and facilitate a global CoP to support first-line teams in Project Execution, Service Execution and Technology.

Control implementation: Guide first-line teams in implementing and maintaining security controls, supporting release cycles of the IRM framework.

Training & enablement: Define learning goals and partner with our Academy to deliver tailored security training for key roles.

What do we ask from you?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

5–7+ years in senior security roles within large/global organizations.

Experience in:

Enterprise & cloud security architecture

IT/OT security

Security frameworks (ISO27k, NIST, IEC62443)

Network security, IAM, vulnerability management

Secure software development / DevSecOps

Relevant certifications are strongly preferred.

Your strengths

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 6.000 to € 7.400 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
