What awaits you:
Kautex is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the team at the Puebla plant, in a dynamic way. The role is an HR generalist, with special projects and Center of Excellence responsibilities as assigned.
This position will provide general HR support as a key member of the Puebla and Americas HR team. The primary customer population is a mix of professionals and hourly employees, including union populations. Unique to this role is the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of HR activities and COE responsibilities through owning processes, leading/participating in projects and working with a dynamic collaborative team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Deliver all aspects of the employee life-cycle
· Partners in Performance Calibration and Talent Review preparation
· Compensation (e.g. offer prep, equity reviews, etc.)
· Talent Management (e.g. performance plans, coaching)
· Talent Development (e.g. succession, career paths, training)
· HR data, analysis, trends and recommendations
· Regulations and compliance
· Union relations and employee relations, including supporting negotiations
· Conduct investigations
· Recruiting/interviewing/screening; and talent planning
· Act as a benefit Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR strategies and deliveries
· Host on-boarding
· Resolve payroll issues
· Conduct internal audit
· External Quality audits, as the HR SME
· Coaching employees and leaders
· Possible accreditation is select Textron University course
· Collaboration on projects – functional, operational and global
· Operates within the boundaries of the Textron Business Conduct Guidelines.
· Highly effective in a matrix environment and with working remotely to achieve success.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor/University degree with an Human Resources focus, or other related field from an accredited school.
Internships and/or master’s degree in HR is a plus
Knowledge of general human resource work, processes and systems
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and government regulations
Able to earn a high level of trust and to demonstrate integrity in actions and decisions
Ability to diagnose problems, drive appropriate solutions and support HR priorities and operating mechanisms to implement change
Customer focus with strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to anticipate issues/needs and to work proactively to address them
Proven ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data
Good knowledge of MS Office
