Production Operative – Bicester

£14.69 per hour -£16.52phr Temporary Ongoing Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

The Recruitment Group in Banbury is excited to be working with a well-established, global manufacturer operating a modern, expanding facility in Bicester. Due to continued customer demand, we are now looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to support the smooth running of the production process, including:

Lifting products weighing between 12–25kg

Measuring materials

Packing finished goods

Carrying out general production and factory duties

This is a rotating shift position (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm), with shifts allocated based on business needs.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must:

Be reliable and punctual

Be comfortable working rotating shifts

Be willing to learn various roles within a food manufacturing environment

Have safety boots

Be physically able to lift 12–25kg

Experience in food production/catering would be advantageous but not essential.

Must be able to get to site realiably

Great hourly rate of £14.69phr
