Travel Radiation Therapist

American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with current Ohio license, ARRT certification, and experience with TrueBeam, Halcyon, and Aria systems for a weekday hospital-based assignment.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital-based Radiation Therapy department,

• Operate Varian TrueBeam and Halcyon linear accelerators,

• Work with Aria version 15 EMR system; experience required,

• Preferred experience with Vision RT or OSMS systems,

• Day shifts Monday through Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm, with 8.5-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch break,

• First week schedule is 8:00am - 4:30pm for onboarding,

• No weekend or on-call requirements,

• 10-hour shifts may be required during holiday weeks,

Job Requirements

• Active Ohio Radiation Therapy license required if applicable,

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Technology required,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• Demonstrated competency with Varian TrueBeam, Halcyon, and Aria version 15,

• Two professional references required, at least one from a supervisor or manager,

Additional Information

• First week will consist of orientation and onboarding,

• Fingerprinting for Ohio is mandatory and must be completed as soon as possible after booking,

• Scrubs with black pants and any top are required,

• Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months to be eligible,

• Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers,

• RTO must be requested at the time of application,
