You'll lead a team of enthusiastic crew members, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities: * Supervise Shift: You'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

* Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.

Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.

* Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable.

Address any concerns promptly and professionally.

* Food Safety: Maintain high food safety standards.

Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent any health risks.

* Cash Handling: Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

* Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.

* Shift Reports: Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.

* Training: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

* Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

* Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

* Promotions and Specials: Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications Qualifications: * Experience: Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.

* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

* Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

* Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Food Safety Certification: Preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).
