Maintenance Technician

What You'll Bring

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food or beverage industry preferred)

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging systems

Hands-on experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers

Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings

Background with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, or wastewater systems is a plus

Commitment to food safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement

Safety-focused mindset with the ability to work independently on a 6 PM-6 AM schedule
