We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer to join our team during a pivotal phase of growth. You will play a key role in one of our most significant infrastructure initiatives: the development of a new hospital tower, ensuring seamless integration of network services into a complex clinical environment.

This hybrid position blends technical, hands-on network engineering with vital cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in configuring, managing, and maintaining network infrastructure to support critical healthcare operations.

Core Responsibilities and Impact:

• Security & Access Control: Configure and manage Network Address Translations (NATs) and maintain robust firewall policies to meet stringent security and compliance standards within a clinical environment.

• Virtual Network Administration: Administer and fine-tune NSX policies to optimize performance and availability within our virtual network infrastructure.

• Performance & Reliability: Oversee and adjust load balancer groups and perform critical VLAN assignments to ensure high availability of essential systems.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and clinical staff to align network infrastructure with project objectives for a new hospital tower.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of all network changes for audit, compliance, and effective troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional networking experience.

• Strong grasp of network protocols, firewalls, VLANs, and load balancing concepts.

• Hands-on experience with VMware NSX or similar virtual networking tools.

• Prior exposure to healthcare IT environments is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
