Your Key Responsibilities

领导 管理和监控负责的南京IT团队的预算和关键绩效指标 KPI 以确保整个组织的绩效

与各IT产品和产品线的集团IT其他职能团队合作 参与与其他业务功能的对接

确保与集团IT的区域职能团队保持定期沟通 实现全面协调

负责南京IT部门IT相关工作 具体包括但不限于

捕捉并转化业务需求 针对标准服务或额外服务的提供 改进并定义新的客户支持服务 必要时为业务提供支持

实施有效的终端用户IT资产管理 以保障资产安全并快速共享组织中的闲置资产

负责所有IT支持 资产管理 客户服务 确保负责场点的客户完全满意 地点包括办公室 生产大厅 物流仓库和培训中心

作为现场IT人员 管理负责产品的生命周期 包括产品路线图定义 人员规划 月度产品收费文件准备 产品相关故障排除等

Your Qualifications

计算机科学 工程或相关领域的学士学位 具备实际知识和经验

5年以上IT管理经验

具备一定的英语表达能力
