The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally to ensure the completeness and accuracy of each SEC filing
Review tie-out documentation for external reports
Research and analyze technical accounting and financial reporting issues
Interface with external auditors and legal counsel to ensure timely filing of all required documents
Prepare, publish, and maintain a formal calendar/timeline of events associated with all filings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5-7 years of related experience
Recent experience with Big 4 public accounting, with a focus on SEC reporting and/or technology companies (minimum 3 years)
CPA required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on SEC experience is highly desired
This position may require evening and/or weekend work as needed
