Jr. Onboarding Specialist

Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we seek to hire a Jr. Onboarding Specialist to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires

· Spearhead and schedule events such as job offers and New Hire Orientations (NHO)

· Maintain accurate records of onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

· Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and providing overall support

· Collaborate with various departments and staff to ensure timely completion of onboarding documents needed for endorsements

· Track pre-employment requirements and onboarding progress

· Continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure the best new hire experience

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field

· 1 2 years experience in HR, Recruitment or Onboarding

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

· Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team

· Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus
