Marketing Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 2 days wfh)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Location: San Rafael, Bulacan

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the home improvement, construction, or retail industry and will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our marketing initiatives, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and leading a team to achieve business goals. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within the home improvement, construction, or retail sectors.

Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Lead and Collaborate with Teams: Manage a marketing team, collaborate with sales and product departments, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Track and Report Performance: Measure and analyze the success of marketing efforts using KPIs, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or retail industries.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, market research, and consumer behavior.

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
