What you’ll do:

Provide technical support via phone, email & chat

Troubleshoot issues with cloud-based software & communication tools

Record cases accurately and escalate complex ones when needed

Deliver every interaction with empathy, clarity & quality

️ Work schedule: MondayFriday Rotating shifts (09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00)

Salary: 19,738 gross/year + 500 relocation bonus ️

️ Languages: Portuguese (native) + English (B2)
