Dash-Recruits is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing brand operating out of Dubai. Were building an in-house creative team that actually ships work daily not just mood boards.

We're looking for two Graphic Designers who can take a brief and turn it into clean, modern, conversion-minded creative without being babysat.

What you'll work on

Paid social / digital ad creatives that look premium, not spammy.

Visual assets for campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Brand rollouts in the real world: event booths, brochure layouts, van wraps, storefront / façade visuals, signage.

Fast-turn static visuals from clear direction and provided copy.

This is not a make internal PowerPoints pretty type of job. This is visible work.

What we need from you

You already know how to build a static visual that feels current in 2025

hierarchy, spacing, typography, contrast, color discipline.

You understand that a digital ad isnt just nice, it has to stop scroll and convert.

You're comfortable delivering for both online (Instagram, TikTok, paid) and offline (printable assets, booth branding, etc.).

You don't make rookie mistakes (illegible contrast, messy alignment, clashing color blocks).

You can take direction fast. Founder will give you the copy and angle. You execute.

You are reliable, reachable, and able to turn work around in reasonable UAE working hours.

Nice to have (not mandatory)

Experience rolling out brand visuals on physical assets (signage, vehicles, booths).

Strong Adobe Suite control.

How you work

You are independent. We are not here to teach fundamental design.

You're comfortable with structured feedback. If someone says this reads cheap / make it feel more premium / tighten the layout, you don't get defensive you fix it.

Compensation & progression

Starting range: ~1,500 to ~2,000 USD/month depending on strength.

There is headroom up to ~2,500 USD for standout, innovative talent but that level means you are already operating at top-tier polish.

Salary reviews happen fast (within a few months, not a year) based purely on output and reliability.

Hiring process

Portfolio review: were looking at taste and ad sense, not just logos.

Quick practical test: youll be asked to produce 12 static ad visuals. (If youre too senior to do a test, this isnt for you.)

Final conversation with the Founder (Dubai-based). Thats the only interview.
