Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to support installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial properties in Lincoln and nearby regions. The role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and facilities maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out commercial plumbing installations, upgrades, and repairs

Diagnose faults and complete reactive and planned maintenance

Install and service pipework, pressurised systems, commercial plant rooms, sanitary systems, and hot & cold-water services

Work across educational, industrial, healthcare, and office sites

Ensure all works comply with building regulations and safety standards

Accurate completion of job sheets, reports, and compliance documents

Provide excellent customer service and professional representation on site

Travel in and around the Lincoln area as required

Requirements

Proven commercial plumbing experience

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

Familiarity with commercial buildings and plant room environments

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability

CSCS/JIB card preferred

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Desirable

Gas qualifications (commercial)

Experience working with FM contractors or commercial maintenance teams

IPAF / PASMA

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
