Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Support Officer to join our growing offshore team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing a range of administrative mortgage processes that support our Australian operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client communications, file management, and lender follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send Monthly/yearly mortgage anniversary communications to clients.
Perform interest rate reviews and flag opportunities for repricing or refinancing.
Complete and manage MyCRM & ApplyOnline (AOL) deal inputs accurately and efficiently.
Tag and organize documents in client files according to internal processes.
Conduct timely follow-ups with lenders on pending or outstanding documentation.
Execute monthly anniversary data pulls from CRM or relevant systems to generate reports and trigger client journeys.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all tasks are logged and updated in CRM.
Collaborate with the onshore team to support workflow improvements and client service excellence.
Conduct post-settlement tasks ie post-settlement letters, lender calls, data cross checks
Reconciliation of trail books
Able to assist on PA tasks in a timely manner
