Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
Responsibilities:
Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions fast.
Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course
4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges
Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
Passionate about creating impact through organized, efficient, people-first leadership
Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
