What Youll Do

Handle setup, configuration, and teardown of theatrical and concert lighting systems.

Operate lighting consoles, DMX controllers, and other lighting hardware during live performances or rehearsals.

Collaborate with production teams to deliver the desired visual atmosphere on stage.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of lighting equipment.

Support rigging of fixtures and ensure all installations meet safety and technical standards.

Assist with inventory, storage, and transport logistics for lighting gear.

Stay updated with new lighting technology, tools, and industry best practices.

What Were Looking For

Experience working in live events, theatre, or production environments.

Hands-on knowledge of lighting consoles (e.g., ETC, Avolites) and DMX systems.

Understanding of safe rigging practices and electrical fundamentals.

Ability to adapt quickly, troubleshoot under pressure, and communicate clearly.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and tools.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on event schedules when needed.
