What You'll Do

Set up, program, and maintain high-end LED displays, video walls, and lighting fixtures.

Operate LED control systems (media servers, show control platforms) during live events.

Troubleshoot and repair LED modules, cables, and power distribution systems.

Coordinate with lighting designers, producers, and video teams to execute creative visual designs.

Conduct routine quality checks and testing to ensure flawless performance.

Assist with the transport, installation, and dismantling of LED infrastructure.

Stay up to date with emerging LED technologies, trends, and best practices.

Who You Are

Proven experience working with LED panels, video walls, or similar visual technologies.

Strong technical skills with media servers, DMX, frame rates, and signal routing.

Solid understanding of safe rigging and electrical practices.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially under live-event pressure.

Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, or on festival schedules.
