Main Duties:

Provide day-to-day user support and assist in maintaining the company's IT systems

Manage stakeholder collaboration to gather requirements, resolve issues, and implement changes

Responsible for test data creation, system/UAT execution, and documentation management

Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of in-house applications

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights

What skills do you need?

Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT

SQL, general coding, and rapid adoption of proprietary ERP languages

Proficient in Data warehousing, including data modelling, ETL, and data development

MQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT related discipline

Experience/certification in Salesforce administration will be considered an asset

Background in Oracle BI is an advantage

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
