Senior Scrum Master

Our client, located in the Columbus, Ohio area, is seeking a Senior-Level Scrum Master with a proven track record of leading Agile teams to consistently achieve sprint goals and meet delivery commitments. This role requires exceptional facilitation, communication, and organizational strength, along with the ability to navigate fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

This role is a Hybrid work, onsite 2x per week

What You'll Do

Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives

Drive delivery commitments and ensure Agile ceremonies add measurable value

Manage forecasting, dependencies, risks, and cross-team communication

Foster strong collaboration across business and IT stakeholders

Maintain detailed documentation and clear written and verbal communication

Support teams in navigating rapid change and evolving priorities

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead

Proven ability to guide teams through ambiguity and rapid change

Strong core competencies: facilitation, communication, forecasting, dependency management, and organization

Experience working in e-commerce environments (preferred)

Hands-on experience with Agile tools, including:

JIRA

Mural

Confluence

Microsoft O365 (Teams, SharePoint)

High attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Skills

Retail industry experience

Store operations experience
