Main Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with Finance & Controlling department (Accounting, Procurement & HR).
To process accounting documents, requisitions, invoices, expense accounts and other operating reports.
To handle accounting entries on the system.
To maintain positive relationship with clients
To file related financial & other related documents.
To cope with other ad hoc duties.
To assist in HR duties and reporting of accounts.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
HSC/Diploma/Degree.
Experience as Trainee Accounts will be a definite advantage.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication & time management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
Learn about the range of products we have and their purpose
Perform administrative and office support activities
Ability to understand accounts and comfortable to write reports
About You:
Excellent people & negotiating skills
Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills
Experience in building construction industry would be a bonus
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience
Be professionally presented
Must be Punctual and Absences not tolerated
