We are actively hiring skilled CNC machinists who can work independently, program in GibbsCAM or at the machine, and thrive in a no-nonsense, high-paying environment.\n Immediate 2nd Shift Openings!\n Hours: Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (OT available + half-day Saturday!) \n Needs: 5 - 10 Machinists to join a lean but strong team of 7\n Machines:\n ● Horizontal Boring Mills (HBMs) – Big demand here!\n ● CNC Vertical Mills (3–4 axis)\n ● Lathes (Y-axis & 5-axis – high demand on nights!)\n ● VTLs\n Most of Our Machinists Program – You’ll get a job traveler and blueprint, then program in GibbsCAM or at the machine (Fanuc/Haas controls).\n Top applicants could qualify for 1st Shift Availability\n What We Make:\n ️ Job Shop Environment focusing on Precision and Large part machining for high-demand industries.\n Ready to Earn What You're Worth?\n We’re growing fast and need top-tier CNC talent to build the future of Wilson Machine & Welding.
