Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain partners, and implementing process improvements to ensure efficient stock management.
This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with warehouse management systems, and experience in logistics and procurement.
The Inventory Manager will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence, reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

ResponsibilitiesOversee inventory control procedures in our distribution center.Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, and SAPImplement process improvements in inventory management workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Coordinate with logistics teams on shipping & receiving, materials handling to ensure seamless operations.Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or stockouts and develop corrective action plans.Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms to track inventory movements accurately.Ensure compliance with safety standards related to materials handling and heavy lifting activities within warehouses.
Skills3-5 years experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and logistics operations.Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, Power BI, and data visualization tools.Strong analytical skillsKnowledge of process improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis and supply chain analytics.Experience operating forklifts or other materials handling equipment is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments.
