Job Purpose

This role will oversee supplier performance according to SLAs through performance dashboards, validate proper invoicing based on the station's daily operations, report operational incidents (OTP, safety and quality breaches), and ensure regulatory compliance through training planning and resource management to carry them out. The role will also manage the onboarding of new stations, ensuring the necessary training resources and appropriate billing structure to improve cost control.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise the daily performance of suppliers such as GH for DAE station operations and the applicable DHL network, ensuring compliance with airline procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Generate monthly performance indicators (OTP) for suppliers to manage mitigation actions during individual follow-up sessions with GH.

Ensure compliance with regional and local standards from internal and external regulators (national aviation authorities, ISAGO, NAOC, QA, and SMS) through monitoring of regional and local management systems.

Follow up on non-conformities identified in internal and external management systems.

Validate correct invoicing according to SLA and daily performance of GH, including applicable penalties for services provided by each supplier.

Generate and follow up on the training schedules for DAE stations to ensure compliance with regulatory timelines.

Validate, draft, and distribute applicable airline operational procedures for DAE stations in the relevant languages.

Responsible for updating the Operational Manual for DAE Stations.

Support RFP processes for changes or inclusion of new suppliers at stations, managing economic and operational analysis of proposals, SLA socialization, and standards implementation.

Notify and manage schedule changes for applicable stations.

Requirements:

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Administration, or related fields

Two years of experience in similar positions

Intermediate or advanced English proficiency

Problem-solving skills

Teamwork abilities

Process writing skills

Project/task planning (including recurring tasks)

Communication skills

Knowledge of aviation regulations or IATA, ramp or warehouse operational processes

Numerical skills

Experience with operational safety management systems or similar

No disciplinary actions in the last 12 months

Minimum of one (1) year of tenure with the company
