QTC is looking for Senior Associates and Principals to join our Advisory Division's Social Services Portfolios team. In this role, you'll be driven to continuously improve social outcomes through your work.
If you're an experienced consulting professional, or have relevant corporate/commercial experience, we want to hear from you! This multifaceted role involves a broad range of activities, including research, reporting, and analytics, to influence strategic projects sector-wide across health and disability services, education and community services.
What you will do:
Contribute to sector-wide initiatives in Health and disability services, Education & skills and Community Safety
Support the portfolio lead and team members in delivering client projects.
Provide insightful reporting to enable informed decision-making.
Communicate confidently through verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Work collaboratively to offer financial and analytical advice.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure our clients' goals are at the forefront of everything we do.
About you:
Bring your expertise in research and analysis, financial modelling, data, and business optimisation. We're looking for someone with:
A keen interest in social outcomes
Excellent report writing, analytical, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong research and analytical skills to support opportunities and challenges.
Experience in building financial models or other analytical methods.
The ability to contribute to the development of advisory solutions, from critical thinking to deliverable production.
Experience working with clients and stakeholders, including in blended teams.
