Essential duties and key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Wort production on a 3-vessel 30 BBL brewhouse
Strict adherence to production and safety SOPs
Monitoring fermentation temperature and activity.
Maintaining accurate brew house records.
Maintaining brewery cleanliness and organization
Assist in cellar tasks such as CIP/SIP, beer transfers, dry hopping, etc.
Milling and malt handling
Contribute to pilot/R&D brewing program
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities
Communicate efficiently with team
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Regularly lift up to 55 lbs. and maneuver 165 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights, in cramped spaces and awkward positions
Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Experience in handling of hazardous materials
Willingness to work in a wet, Non-Climate Controlled environment
Ability to stand, walk and work for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively within a team setting
Ability to work unsupervised as needed
Reliable transportation to brewery
