Looking for associate for the team that supports Microsoft 365 administration, email, Teams, OneDrive, and some other productivity tools. High level, need a seasoned engineer to help with run support and assist with some internal enhancements
Required Skills:
Expert level experience with In Place Upgrades: Windows 10 to Windows 11, and Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2.
This expertise can be based on Feature Updates, standard in-place updates, or setup.exe derived updates.
Expert level experience with Windows 11 upgrades: Rollback log files, incompatible OS log file reading/parsing.
Advanced level experience with ConfigMgr Current Branch Software deployment.
Expert level experience with OSD troubleshooting: Log files, content download, application and package installs.
Expert level experience with driver packaging: PnP driver installs/uninstalls, removals, and remediation of incompatible drivers related to OS upgrades.
The primary focus is on the first two items, emphasizing Windows 11 upgrades rather than ConfigMgr.
This should help us target a role that is less ConfigMgr-centric
