We are now looking for a Business Controller to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of developing a deep understanding of the current OneStream reporting and data model, providing expert guidance across the organisation to ensure consistent usage. You will drive further development and alignment of existing OneStream models to improve consistency, scalability, and cross-functional integration.

A key part of your work will also be to explore and implement advanced forecasting methods using machine learning and AI technologies to complement traditional planning approaches.

In this role, you will also:

Contribute to Power BI development initiatives to automate management reporting and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Build advanced scenario modelling and simulation capabilities to support strategic decisions at top management level.

Lead the orchestration of the closing process using workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.

Analyse financial data, provide scenarios and cause-and-effect insights to support strategic work.

Participate in M&A or divestment projects as needed.

Train the organisation on business controlling guidelines and processes.

Support periodical financial and business reporting and deliver ad-hoc analysis to key stakeholders.

Lead and participate in specific projects driving business performance.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an proactive, business-minded professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes. You thrive in a global environment and enjoy collaborating across functions.

To succeed in this role, you believe that you have:

MSc Degree in Economics or relevant professional qualification (e.g., MBA).

5+ years of experience in business controlling and finance in a global group environment.

Strong knowledge of Group reporting, consolidation, and accounting processes.

Hands-on experience with OneStream consolidation tool (mandatory) and familiarity with tools such as AI solutions, SAP, Power BI.

Performance-oriented with ability to deliver against targets and deadlines.

Flexible team player with excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an asset.
