We are now looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our team to focus on performance management and ensure that business areas deliver on their commitments. You will continuously challenge initiatives and help convert them into tangible P&L actions.

Your responsibilities include:

Driving ambitious target setting and monitoring strategy implementation, ensuring rigorous follow-up on any deviations.

Proactively analysing financial data, providing scenarios and cause-and-effect insights to support strategic work and decision-making.

Supporting Strategy and Sustainability teams in key initiatives.

Assisting in valuations and investment cases, preparing summary presentations for the Board of Directors in collaboration with the Strategy team.

Participating in mergers, acquisitions, and divestment projects as required.

Training the organisation on business controlling guidelines, instructions, and processes.

Contributing to periodical financial and business reporting (internal and external) and delivering ad-hoc analysis to main stakeholders.

Leading and participating in specific projects that drive business performance.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an proactive, business-minded professional with strong analytical skills and a strong business mindset. You excel in a global setting and enjoy partnering with senior leadership to shape and influence strategic decisions

To succeed in this role, you believe that you have:

MSc Degree in Economics or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., MBA).

7+ years of experience in business controlling and finance within a global group environment.

Strong knowledge of Group reporting, consolidation, and accounting processes.

Hands-on experience with OneStream consolidation tool (mandatory) and familiarity with tools such as AI solutions, SAP, Power BI, and operational systems.

Performance-oriented with a proven ability to deliver against targets and deadlines.

Flexible team player with excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
