As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at New Story Schools of Ohio, you will lead the design and implementation of individualized behavioral and skill-acquisition programs that help students achieve measurable growth. You’ll collaborate with school teams to assess needs, create treatment plans, and guide staff in using evidence-based ABA practices.
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) credentials
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing treatment plans
Strong data analysis, consultation, and clinical supervision skills
Ability to model professionalism and mentor staff pursuing certification
What You’ll Do
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions to ensure goal achievement
Provide clinical supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and school staff
Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings
Ensure all ABA documentation, data collection, and reporting meet professional standards
