Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid (Clinic + School)

Location: Columbus, OH

Hourly Pay Range: $7,030.40 - $8,112.60/monthly*

As a BCBA, you’ll make a meaningful difference by:

Supporting students/clients 1:1 across school, clinic, and/or home settings

Creating individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to client needs

Training and supervising behaviorists using ABA principles

Collaborating with families, educators, and team members for holistic success

Maintaining clear, detailed records and updating strategies as needed What You Bring:

Master’s in ABA, Special Education, or related field

Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)

Valid BCBA certification

Clear BCI/FBI background check and current TB test (within 12 months)

Reliable transportation and minimum 25/50k auto insurance coverage Work Environment:

Varied: Clinic, schools, and homes
