What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Turkish game presenters to deliver engaging and professional live broadcasts

Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and presenter rotations to support continuous 24/7 studio operations

Collaborate with production, content, and operations to ensure smooth show flow, pacing, and high-quality engagement

Monitor presenter performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development

Develop and implement training programs and onboarding for new presenters to optimize their performance

Contribute to launching new game formats and Turkish-language shows, bringing creativity and innovation to the table

Who You Are

Experienced in live game presentation, broadcasting, or entertainment leadership

Fluent in Turkish with strong English (or Serbian) communication skills

Strong leadership and team-building skills motivated to inspire and grow talent

Excellent organizational skills with experience in staff management and shift planning

Proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based live environment

Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player experiences
