Salary range: $80,000 to$95,000 Responsible for Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may perform functions within any area of HR including but not limited to, employee relations, labor relations, leave of absence administration, training and development, HRIS, and recruitment.

Typically, it serves as a front-line resource in assisting both employees and management staff with all HR-related questions.

Serves as primary liaison with Payroll.

Education/Training: Bachelors degree required.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English Experience: At least 3 years' recent work experience in Human Resources, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, extensive use of HRIS for tracking data and reporting required (Workday experience preferred), knowledge of Kronos timekeeping system preferred, general knowledge of Human Resources practices as well as Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, knowledge of proper records management, employee engagement and retention, HR compliance, and training and development, Utilizes appropriate research tools and reference materials to ensure compliance with legal and contractual specification.

Assumes the role of coordinating management decisions at the final step grievance to ensure appropriate legal and contractual compliance.

Writes clear, concise answers to all third step grievances and labor correspondence with the approval of the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Licensure, Registration or Certification: SHRM CP or SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred Montefiore St.
